V7 – A Customizable Ticketing Solution Built for Performance and Flexibility

In today’s fast-paced event landscape, offering a seamless and branded ticketing experience is no longer optional—it’s essential. That’s where Ticketshop V7 comes in: a fully customizable ticketing platform designed to adapt to a wide range of events, from major sporting competitions to exclusive VIP experiences.

Key Features That Set Ticketshop V7 Apart

Advanced Customization
With Ticketshop V7, branding is front and center. Thanks to our intuitive Styling Module, event organizers can:

  • Adjust colors, fonts, and logos directly in the Back Office.
  • Align every aspect of the platform with their visual identity, ensuring a consistent experience from homepage to checkout.

Versatile Templates
We’ve developed five pre-configured templates to suit different event formats:

  • Calendar View: A comprehensive overview of all events.
  • Racing Event Layout: Ideal for motorsports like Formula 1 and MotoGP.
  • 2D Seating Layout: Manage seat selection with clarity and precision.
  • 3D Seating Layout: Deliver immersive, interactive seating experiences.
  • VIP Layout: Tailored for premium events with high-touch service needs.

Each template can be enriched with 11 modular content blocks, including images, text, sliders, and video, enabling organizers to craft engaging, informative pages without custom development.

My Role in the Development of Ticketshop V7

Strategic Thinking and Product Vision

I led the definition of customization principles for the Styling Module, striking a balance between:

  • Maximum flexibility for clients with diverse branding needs.
  • Simplicity and clarity in the Back Office and Front Office, ensuring ease of use.

I also anticipated how users would interact with the interface and focused on maintaining visual coherence across all screens and touchpoints.

UX/UI Design

I designed user-centric wireframes and layouts for both templates and content blocks, delivering:

  • Fully responsive designs compatible with desktop, tablet, and mobile.
  • Clear, intuitive paths that support frictionless ticket purchases.

Creation of a Flexible Design System

I developed a modular design system that adapts seamlessly to clients’ visual identities by:

  • Using a primary color model with variations (opacity layers) to indicate interaction states.
  • Relying on a neutral base palette (white, light grey, black) that covers 90% of branding needs with minimal adjustments.

Testing and Validation

Before launch, I:

  • Conducted extensive QA testing across multiple devices and OS environments.
  • Created and managed IT tasks via Jira to ensure timely resolution and validation.

Graphic and Motion Design

To enhance the platform’s visual appeal, I also:

  • Produced custom visual assets (e.g., sliders, maps, content visuals).
  • Delivered motion designs for key interface elements, improving interactivity and engagement.
