My Role in the Project

I actively contributed to several critical stages of the design and implementation of Ticketshop V7:

Strategic Thinking and Product Vision

  • Defined the customization principles for the Styling Module, ensuring a balance between flexibility for clients and ease of use in the Back Office and Front Office.
  • Anticipated user interactions and impacts on the overall experience, focusing on maintaining a consistent and visually cohesive interface.

UX/UI Design

  • Designed UX and UI wireframes for templates and content blocks.
  • Delivered responsive designs to ensure compatibility across all devices.

Creation of a Flexible Design System

  • Developed a modular design system adaptable to diverse branding needs.
  • Simplified configurations by focusing on a single primary color, enhanced by overlays (opacity variations) to handle interactive states (hover, click…).
  • Defined a base palette using universal shades like white, light grey, and black, accommodating 90% of client requirements with minimal adjustments.


Testing and Validation

  • Conducted extensive testing across devices and operating systems before release.
  • Created and tracked IT tasks (via Jira) until final validation.


Graphic Design and Motion Design

  • Produced visual assets (sliders, maps, specific content visuals).
  • Delivered motion designs for key interface animations.
